Quad is great! The front staff are super sweet and helpful. Maintenance was good and fixed any issues I had in a timely manner. Our apartment is clean and good looking.

Love it the complex so much everyone is so nice, this accommodations are also very nice! Very close to campus and an easy walk. Everything is really clean as well!

Everyone is super nice and the apartments are affordable and cute. If there is an issue they resolve it as quick as they can. Right in the middle of everything so the commute to work or stores is not too bad.
