Quad Apartments is cheap and close to UNCW. There's pretty much no soundproofing, I can hear the people above me walk. The most annoying thing is that the laundry is in the pool house and I constantly have to go ask the front desk to unlock the pool gates even though the sign says the laundry is open from 8am-8pm every day. They raised the price so it's $2.50/load.
