It’s pretty nice here. My neighbors can be super loud at times but not to the point where it bugs me. They also should get cameras because someone hit my car and I never was able to figure out who did it.

I enjoy living here at quad. The grounds are well maintained and the area is beautiful. I would recommend living here to friends and family if asked about.

Very nice staff, have free coffee, the pool is nice, with a grill. When I need mateninece they are very quick and overall it’s easy and a nice place to live.

Quad has what they call a feed me Friday’s on occasion. We have a pizza on occasion. They have pretty good functions. I’ve not lived in an apartment that’s done this before
