I love it!! The staff are amazing and always make sure to take care of any maintenance issues as quickly as possible. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. The complex is a really good one.

It's been a very pleasant experience living here. Colleen and Katelyn are very helpful, down to earth and understanding. They are very reasonable and very much respect their tenants when there is open communication. I've enjoyed my first apartment here and hope to continue my stay even after my lease is up, perhaps in a smaller and newly renovated unit. I recommend!

My experience has been wonderful! Maintenance and staff is very helpful and timely. While only 10 minutes from the beach, I also love being in a more secluded and quiet area. I’m happy with my choice at Cypress Pointe.

Great place to live, close to the beach, retail stores, grocery store, bars, coffee shops and lots of restaurants.
Office and maintenance staff are very courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and do an outstanding job. I love living here and you will too!!
