Best apartment in Wilmington!

I have been here for just over a year now and this apartment complex is absolutely perfect. The staff (both maintenance and leasing) are so kind and go out of their way to make sure they are doing everything they can for you! The apartments are clean, quiet, and comfortable! The amenities are the perfect bonus. :)

Great community

Staff puts on lots of free events with food and entertainment.
Gyms nice. Could use a couple accessories like an EZ curl bar. But it got just about everything else including a peloton bike in its own separate workout area

The best complex in Wilmington!!

This staff honestly cares about your experience, knows each renter by name, and even wrapped a gift for me when I was in a pinch. Can’t say enough about this staff and how much their care about their residents. I don’t pick favorites, but Tessa may be in the lead for employee of the year. Love this place!

I have lived all over the world and by far this is the best apartment complex. The staff is incredible, welcoming and know us all by first name. They have wonderful monthly events from music bingo, happy hour, painting classes, plant making events, food trucks and more. They immediately fix any issues in your apartment and are like family. I highly recommend this complex. It is very neighbor friendly. We know each other, there are 2 dog parks, a dog washing station, state of the art gym, free... Starbucks machine and more. 5 stars!
