The lovely folks in the front office are so helpful, nice and very pleasant to be around. If you need help, they jump right on it. Everything is well maintained and pretty quiet!

Lovely place to live. They do a good job keeping the community clean and well maintained. Everyone that works there is very respectful and treats your apartment like its your home which is important to me.

Nice place to call home

Super happy with my experience with Deerbrook. They are more than helpful. I have had some terrible experiences in the past with apartments and I'm happy this has been so great. The office is wonderful to deal with. Issues are fixed the next day. I would highly recommend. Great apartments for the amount you pay especially in Wilmington.

Don't waste you time

The place is a dump, they do not take care of the property at all. The people in the office do not help at all. My family was worried the guy above us was dealing drugs. They didn't nothing about it. We made many complaints about him being very loud at 3 am and they did nothing. They lied to us before we moved in. when we moved in they knew it was my self, my mother and father and our dog. Then we get a letter (4months after living there) that my father is the only one that should be living... there. Many of the people who have lived there for a while have told me they have had their things stolen. between their car being broken into and someone stealing a dirt bike. Don't waste your time or money here!!!
