I love Matthew in the office and Matt was very sweet as well. They really did go over and beyond to get me into the apartment. But the one thing I will have to say is when I was moving in the first night I did see a bunch of roaches. I don't know if the pest control sprays are they just put out boxes but I'm paying for it so I want the roaches gone.

The roaches are really bad. They’re coming out of the electrical outlets, I find them in my fridge and freezer, etc. I do my dishes every night and take out the trash before it’s full but it’s still yucky every time

Now that we have new management they are greatly understanding and they do a lot more things for the community all we need now is a playground for the kids and I'll be happy lol

We've been here since 2023, and maintenence and office staff has changed several times. The amenities could be better, the pool was closed a few times during the summer, and right at labor day. I do love the knew pool furniture.
