I live in Lofts 2 and I love the area. It's very quiet, the neighbors are polite and helpful and it's not far from shops and main thoroughfares. I love the skylight and the general efficiency of the loft-style apartments.
On the downside, while I've had a pleasant experience with the staff in person, I can't seem to get a response to emails - a maintenance issue remains unaddressed and I'm still waiting for an explanation for an amount listed as unpaid that appeared on my resident portal the day after I paid the required move-in fees.
But overall, I think I'll be very happy here.

On my 3rd year here at the Lofts and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a smaller, economical, and efficient apartment. In a bit of a question state with the offices right now and hoping that everything works out to stay here until my lease completes its year, or am able to renew for 1 more.
