Needs visitor parking so residents can park in front of their apartments without issues, washers and dryers in the laundry facility were dirty so I wash my clothes elsewhere, bugs are an issue regardless of cleanliness, decent rent price and opt out option for security deposit are the upsides.

It’s nice and quiet!!!!!I just wish people would pickup behind their pets a little more but other than that I have no complaints!!!!!! The office lady is always very helpful
