Lamppost Circle is a quaint, quiet circle of duplex and triplex homes. Our home is a... desirable end, corner lot increasing privacy, greenery, and yard area nestled into a wooded corner. This clean, private street is well kept, in part, due to the HOA rules including no bicycling, ball playing, grilling, etc in front of homes, while the rear area provides room for ball playing, relaxing, and grilling on the picket-fence enclosed rear patio. Our home will be shared by 5 responsible individuals with their own rooms* sharing 2 full baths, a large, open living/dining area, a smaller galley style kitchen, and an abundance of closet storage areas. Another attractive feature of our home is that it lies along the One Mile Radius pertaining to on-campus parking eligibility. While we are literally feet over a mile from campus, we qualify for parking permits! It is as close to UNCW as you can get; providing a direct road to Randall Pkwy., straight into campus, completely avoiding College Rd traffic, and the convenience of having on-campus parking. Alternatively, the UNCW 701 Blue shuttle stop #6 is in front near our neighborhood entrance and runs every 30 minutes for free transportation to and from school; making this location perfect for students without a car. Shopping, Lowes, Walmart, and UNCW all within minutes of this coveted location. Our home has been completely refurnished in September, 2025. Please note that this is a smoke free, pet free home.
