Spacious and good location

TL;DR: Good if you're a student, want to be centrally located, have pets, or need lots of space.
Pros:
- Close to UNCW.
- Great spaces for pets + a dog park.
- Very spacious with lots of closet space.
- Fairly quiet.
- Staff is excellent and very patient.
Cons:
- Seems pricey.
- Apartment was filthy upon arrival. There was dust caked on every surface, dust was painted over, and cabinets appear to have wood-rot consistent with water damage. It took nearly a week of work to make it habitable.... Would be 4 stars if not for this.
- Buildings are old, creaky floors and doors.

its was the best hotel ive ever stayed in but the area is a little cramped being really close to a college and being downtown but other than that wilmington is a GREAT place so you should stay here and enjoy it!!!
