Townhouse in Carlton Place

Townhouse right behind campus! ISO (2) roommates starting January 1st until May 2026. A renewal of the lease after May is available. There is two room layouts available, a more cozy first floor room and the spacious second floor loft. These two... tenants will share their own bathroom. The bedrooms have carpet and sunny windows. The rest of the house has beautiful hardwood floors. The shared space is fully furnished, bedroom furniture (bed frame, mattress, nightstand, and dresser) available if wanted. There is a private backyard, double garage, and two driveway spaces. This private neighborhood has an outdoor community pool, permit street parking, and ample visitor street parking. I will be uploading better pictures soon, but feel more comfortable privately sharing them!
