We love living here at The Cordelia. It feels a lot like resort living. Great amenities, wonderful people, and lovely staff. Super pet friendly. And, super convenient to the beaches and everything in town. Checks all the boxes??

Everyone is so friendly! It is a gorgeous community and so modern/coastal. We love it here so far! Especially love the valet trash service, it’s amazing!
