This place is awful. While there are many problems with this place one of the main ones is management and maintenance are incompotent and slow to make necessary repairs. My ac broke and it took them 6 months to call an actual hvac company to fix it instead of the maintenance worker who didn't know what he was doing. Management acted like it was no big deal even though it broke in August when the temp was in the mid to high 90s and then wasn't fixed until March so I had to go through the freezing... cold too. Also they have no respect for privacy and will give the most vague notice and enter randomly with no warning. They also allow contractors who do not work for the complex to do this as well by giving them key fobs to enter. So if you do move in here I suggest getting security cameras as you don't know when or who will walk into your apartment.

This place don't do anything right. I moved in, at march. I was roaches the 1st day. I'm in the coast, so I didn't hold it to hard. I ask for exterminator. Nun of the spaying has work. It's to the point that I asking for a deep clear, but haven't being ably to get 1. If they'd do that after every move act they's saved money, my headache and there headache, from dealing with me. This Place close a pool, most of the summer. Can't place ahead and do fall. This and they way most of the staff talks... to us shows the office doesn't care. It makes me wonder if they changed the name to hide other bad reviews.
