I have lived here for the past 2 years. I came in not knowing who my roommates are and have found 2 of my best friends. Location is close to campus. We have awesome neighbors. It's very small and quiet but in the best way. 10/10 recommend

This apartment complex is in a great location. Close to several great resturants and stores. UNCW bus stop at the entrance. Brand new basketball court, dog park and picnic area. Beautiful new units and resonably priced for the quality of units. Very friendly management staff.

The staff here is amazing!! I lived here for a few months now and I honestly love it! Yes the property has minor issues, but every property does. There’s no other property I rather renew my lease at this year!

EVERYTHING about this place is poor. No amenities. $900 to move in to a dirty, unrepaired apartment. No maintenance.
