Rent starts at $999. I generally have paid about $1,200 a month on average, which includes energy costs, utilities, water/sewer, furnishings, and pet rent. Energy costs usually higher in the summer than in the winter.

Relet conditions:
--Has to be at least a 10 month lease, can be more than 10 months
--You apply to the apt complex directly (I will refer you to them.) Rent paid directly to the apt complex.
--The apt comes furnished. Depending on when you move in, you can rent it unfurnished.
