I've moved back home to the country and am reletting my apt (with permission from apt complex).

**I WILL PAY THE FIRST TWO MONTHS RENT FOR YOU IF YOU SIGN THE LEASE BEFORE AUGUST 31***

--pet friendly - can have cats or dogs there w/ pet rent
--540 square feet
--Windows face a northerly direction
--walking distance of UNCW, Lowes food shopping complex, Tap Tea Bar on Racine Dr for boba tea
--dog park onsite
--laundry onsite
--gym onsite
--two closets in bedroom, 1 utility closet in hallway

-carpeted bedroom
--packages stored by office for pickup during office hours
--built in desk w/ bookshelves

Rent starts at $999. I generally have paid about $1,200 a month on average, which includes energy costs, utilities, water/sewer, furnishings, and pet rent. Energy costs usually higher in the summer than in the winter.

Relet conditions:
--Has to be at least a 10 month lease, can be more than 10 months
--You apply to the apt complex directly (I will refer you to them.) Rent paid directly to the apt complex.
--The apt comes furnished. Depending on when you move in, you can rent it unfurnished.
