This property is infested with rats, we have a big hole in the walls behind the stove , that we discovered, and the landlord refuses to repair it, telling us that’s not a priority, but rats are steadily coming in and out

Could be better!

This could be the perfect place to live with pets but there is a restriction! No large breed or pit bulls. Not fair to responsible pet owner with lovable pit bulls! Carpet instead of vinyl or wood floors....light color carpet is a huge no-no with children and pets! The playground is a joke! So is the pool area! Rent went up too!
