This centrally-located new high-end cottage is a perfect spot to call home. Safe and comfortable with parking and all utilities included. A bonus is we are a two minute walk from the NIR Family YMCA. Built with a nod to history and beautifully... furnished, tucked on a small estate in Forest Hills. Only minutes from downtown, the airport, and the university (2.1 miles) - we are perfectly located in Wilmington. Forest Hills is a beautiful place to take a walk and located just a few minutes from downtown. We love to share this cottage and live next-door in the main house, with our daughters (a UNCW student and incoming Issac Bear student) and friendly golden doodle.
