The apartment is nice, i like the fire pit and grills. the cost is relatively low. i like it, Is good.

I have been living at Abbotts Run for about 8 months and I love living here. The maintenance staff is awesome and the office staff are wonderful very friendly. The gym is pretty cool and I love going to the pool they just upgraded it. This is the first apartment i have lived in that i can say I am happy.https://www.apartments.com/grow/about/terms-of-service

I absolutely love my one-bedroom apartment! It’s updated, super cute, and comes with a washer and dryer, which is a huge plus. The rent is actually reasonable compared to a lot of other places around here. The neighbors are friendly, maintenance is always quick and helpful, and overall it’s been a great place to live.

Abbotts Run needs a lot of work. It is very dirty, when my boyfriend moved in we had to mop the floors 3 times before it was clean, his roommate didn't even have a bedroom door, and his room had a broken window. In addition the roach problem is terrible and seems to be a common trend based on other reviews. They made some updates in the clubhouse and other common areas but the units themselves are not great. The only pleasant experience he has had there was with the maintenance staff, who are quick to respond, very friendly, and always get the job done, kudos to them!

The move-in process was great, Mandy was very helpful during the entire application and promptly answered any questions/concerns I had. When I moved in Emmy at the front desk had everything prepared and was incredibly welcoming; the whole process was very streamlined and easy.
