1 bedroom (bottom floor, with private bath and walk-in closet) still available in a nice 3bdr semi- furnished Carleton Place townhouse for academic year, 2026-2027 - female tenants only. Townhouse common areas are furnished. Bedroom can be rented... lightly furnished (except bed/dresser) or unfurnished. The downstairs bedroom, with a private bath, is available at $725 per month. Female renters for upcoming academic year (other renters are female UNCW students). No pets. Unit is about 300 feet from UNCW, so easy walking or biking. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery. Complex has pool and clubhouse. High speed internet is in unit. Unit also has relatively new (less than 5 years) kitchen stove, dish washer, refrigerator, washer and dryer in unit. Nice private patio. Off street parking. The room will be available starting June 15, 2026. Lease would be starting any time after June 2025 through academic year, 2026-2027 (can do 1 year or an academic year lease). Deposit is one month's rent (upon signing lease). Very safe neighborhood in a popular area for UNCW students. Carleton Place community is about 50% students and 50% full time owner-occupants, so nice mix. Townhouse is owned by a UNCW faculty member, not a big corporate impersonal landlord. Bought unit when my kids were going UNCW, and wanted a safe, nice place for them to live adjacent to campus.
