The apartment is full of mold and no repairs have been made. Phone calls and emails not returned.

New management has stepped up!
I really enjoy living here. Its quiet, clean, and cozy. Residents are very friendly. Maintenance is very proactive when needed and management is so attentive and genuinely cares. Katherine (Kat) went above and beyond for me and my roommates and helped us every step of the way getting into our first apartment. She made the process easy and comfortable. I really like that they have all wood floors and come with washer/dryer inside the apartment. Hammocks are great to study in too, nice touch. My only complaint is the trash service has not started yet and its billing us $15/month already for the service. Aside from that we really love it here and are glad we picked this place!

New Management is AMAZING!!!
The new management group, First Communities, has really turned this place around! They have renovated the entire property, both inside and out, looks AMAZING!!! Very clean, quiet, and serene atmosphere. The maintenance team is SUPER attentive and quick to respond to resident needs. Very friendly staff. The property is pet friendly and even has a fenced-in dog park on-site. There's a fitness center with 24 hr access, beautiful pool and grill area, they even have over-sized hammocks around the property that you can relax in for hours...So nice!! I highly recommend you take a look at all the new improvements that have been made, you won't be disappointed!

It's expensive like student housing is, but they offer promotions that get it down to a relatively reasonable price. Says it's a gated community, but it's always random times that the gate is opened and closed. So far my major issue is maintenance. I'm sure they're understaffed, but these apartments are super buggy. In the months I've lived here, they've only sprayed when I personally requested it. I've had roaches and now have either fleas or bedbugs-- and they don't make any attempt to accommodate when you go to them with that problem. Basically was told to put out vinegar to see if it was fleas, nothing suggested for if the room had bedbugs, which I did not bring in. Took over a week to reconnect the vent on my dryer and a request was submitted three times, twice in person. Take a lot of pictures if you move in-- not sure if as bad as other student places with charges, but the painters were so bad at painting that there's paint all over the floors.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
Do not waste your time or money on this place. It is nothing but problems with this place. The people who live here are loud and the place is filthy with dog feces and trash. The office does not care about its resident, just the money. Once you sign the lease, they can no longer help you with anything. The walls are super thin so you hear everything. There is always random people walking through the neighborhood and cars being broken into. Please do not live here!!
