Located at the Quad Apartment Homes, this 2-bed 2-bath cozy apartment is directly adjacent to the UNCW campus, allowing for a 10-min walk to class or a 5-min bike ride, both of which I have done myself many times.... The unit contains a patio, washer, and dryer, as well as a dishwasher and microwave, and your own personal bathroom, which is the set closest to the door along with the bedroom. The apartment has a pool and laundry facility, as well as a gym.
The total rent is $1400, on a joint lease, with myself staying and one person moving out. I am a Creative Writing Student at UNCW. Eight months remain on the 11-month lease. You would need to prove you make three times your half of the monthly rent, which is $700, so you will need to show that you make at least $2100 per month or provide a guarantor. Utilities are separate from rent and are done through Spectrum for internet and Duke Energy for power.
