I am a full-time student and work remotely but most of the time I'm not working at home. I also am a... fitness instructor and competitor so that brings me away from home during the week. I love to dance and go line dancing every week - come with me!! I love plants, spicy books, coffee, wine, sitting outside, traveling, and trying new things. I have two Australian Shepherds so I cannot allow anymore pets.
About the place: It's a 3 bed 2.5 bath. The two rooms are on the second floor, have carpet, have a shared bathroom, and come fully furnished. The washer and dryer are also on the second story. The common area is open-concept and includes a dining area, living room, and kitchen -- all fully furnished! It's 8min from downtown, 12min from UNCW, 15min from New Hanover Regional, and 17min from Wrightsville Beach! I have a solid vinyl fence around the backyard.
Rent is $950. I take care of the utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, internet) and even the common area consumables like laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. I have two Australian Shepherds, so no more pets please. Well. Maybe. We'll have to do some introductions and see how it goes. I do have a lease, you know, to protect myself and you, but it's month-to-month. I'm easy-going and require a 30 day notice so I can find someone else for the space.
