How to Update Local Address
(where you're living in Wilmington)
- Log into SeaNet (Your user ID is your 850#, your PIN is your birthday MMDDYYYY unless you changed it)
- Click Personal Information >>Addresses and Phones >> update the details >> Submit Changes
The Tenant Education Program (TEP) is a self-paced online workshop which educates students about lease signing and off-campus living to provide UNCW students with the tools to be good neighbors, responsible community members, and better tenants. Once you complete the modules you will receive a free t-shirt. All UNCW students can self-enroll in the Canvas course. Once you enroll in the course, click "Getting Started" at the top and go through the modules in order.
